High Performance Computing Wales (HPC Wales) wishes to undertake a mid term evaluation of the High Performance Computing Wales Project. Evaluation of this project is a key requirement of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding this project received. The project operates within the Convergence (West Wales and the Valleys) area of Wales.The aim is to conduct a robust and comprehensive mid-term evaluation of the High Performance Computing Wales project; to assess its activity and its achievements to date in relation to delivering its aims and objectives and to identify recommendations/lessons learned for taking to project forward. As well as evaluating the objectives and the overall business plan activity, there is a need to capture the added value of the project activity to date and its value for money.
