HR Automation Programme Phase 3 currently in Development/Feasibility and due to move into early Delivery stage in September.

To support preparation for development of an iterated Programme Business Case, support initial stakeholder engagements and to maximise success for Delivery, Operation, and Closure Into BAU stages, the programme team requires a package of benefits support to support the maturation of benefits management artefacts.

Support will include planned handover and knowledge transfer to support the onboarding of incoming programme resource to own and maintain benefits management activity on behalf of the programme.
