Fáilte Ireland is committed to a positive mental health culture in the workplace leading to high performing employees and recognises that balancing work and personal life challenges can, at times, impact on wellbeing. It is Fáilte Ireland’s intention to introduce a mental health awareness programme for employees, in line with the organisation’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will provide a platform for employees to recognise, understand and support colleagues who may experience mental health issues at varying times throughout their working lives.
