The HRBThe Health Research Board (HRB) is a statutory agency under the aegis of the Department of Health. The HRB’s mission is to support research that improves people's health, promotes evidence-informed care and creates solutions to societal challenges. Dublin. The property comprises a 4 storey over basement Georgian Building with a one storey over basement side extension (originally a carriage arch) and a former coach house to the rear.
