Horse Racing Ireland’s strategic plan has set out clear targets for raising the profile and interest of Irish Racing and enhancing the customer experience at racecourses. This strategy clearly outlines the introduction of a loyalty scheme for Irish racing incorporating racecourses, ticketing and commercial partners. A successful loyalty scheme will deliver many benefits to HRI Racecourses including customer retention and acquisition and increased engagement through digital channels, using loyalty offers. It will also provide valuable insights through enhanced data collection and ultimately allow HRI Racecourses further understand their customers behaviour.Therefore, HRI Racecourses wish to implement a customer loyalty scheme to HRI Racecourses which rewards customers for the purchase of all HRI Racecourse products, including tickets, hospitality, membership & merchandise.For further information please consult the tender documentation.
