HS2 Curzon Street Station - Substructure and Superstructure including Bulk Excavation

Descriptions

Mace Dragados are seeking expressions of interest from the supply chain to deliver the bulk excavation, muck away, substructure and superstructure works for the HS2 Curzon Station project. The forecasted value for the package is approximately £80m over a period of approximately 2-3 years. The scope of the works shall consist of but not limited to the following elements of subcontract works: Bulk excavation and disposal Pile mat installation, compaction, Geogrid, maintenance and disposal Haul Road installation, maintenance and disposal Crane mat compaction, Geogrid, maintenance and disposal All required double handling, filling from selected excavated material Pile head preparation and pile cropping to level (disposal of material) All Pile caps, foundations, bases, capping and ground beams Ground bearing slab (inc drainage layer, waterproofing) Retaining and liner walls Attenuation Tank Dewatering Refer (could be a separate package) Temporary propping Surface and foul drainage Frame - Insitu RC Columns/piers, Column casings, Concrete walls, Core walls, RC beams, PCC Hollow core planks, Twin wall (NEW) Viaduct - Insitu RC Diaphragms, slabs, beams, walls, corbels, parapet walls PCC - Viaduct beams (U12's) precast slabs (to service gallery) Post tensioned concrete, box girders, bridge deck transverse slab Waterproofing layer Temporary works Cranes Support formwork Frame platforms - RC slabs, RC topping to PCC slabs, PCC Platforms - Planks, platform units, corbels, joints Upper floors - Insitu RC to metal decks, Suspended Insitu concrete to PCC planks, upstands Stairs & Ramps - Mass concrete stairs, PCC stair flights, landings, half landings,
