HSE 11003 - Review of Diagnostic and Post-Diagnostic Processes and Pathways for Younger-Onset Dementia
Descriptions
The HSE seeks to procure a suitably qualified service provider to undertake a review of current diagnostic and post-diagnostic processes and practices for younger-onset dementia in Ireland. This is to be accompanied by an overview of international best practice and a qualitative exploration of the experience of receiving a diagnosis of younger-onset dementia.HSE anticipates the service provider will assign a single principle researcher and/or small group who can provide an appropriate mix of skills to best meet the requirement, and to deliver best value for money in line with the available budget. Tenderers must be cognisant of these budgetary constraints in costing their tender submissions, as the maximum available budget for this project is €35,000 inclusive of VAT, (€28,450 exclusive of VAT).It is anticipated that this work should be completed within a 6-month timeframe, commencing in February 2019, unless otherwise agreed. For full details please see the Invitation to Tender documentation available from the Contract Notice published on the etenders website, www.etenders.gov.ie
