The Science Division (SD) of the Health and Safety Executive invites competitive quotations for the Supply of the following item to their Laboratory located at Harpur Hill, Buxton SK17 9JN Mass Flow Meter Upgrade consisting of two main sections: 1) One-off vacuum insulated flexible hose; -A 5 m vacuum insulated hose with 1.5" male Linde connection on each end 2) Flowmeter upgrade with full vacuum insulation around existing flowmeter which is a bespoke Micromotion Elite Coriolis meter 1 inch (DN25) 316L stainless steel with a 5700 Micromotion field mount transmitter. -Vacuum jacket will be extended down onto the existing vacuum jacket by approximately 150mm. -Female Linde connections are replacing the existing flanges. A bellows assembly will be required internally between the female Linde bayonets and the flowmeter body to allow for differential thermal contractions. -Two ¼" BSP instrument ports are required on the inlet for the mass flow meter. The mass flow meter will need to be collected from site, upgrades completed off site and subsequently delivered back to HSE Buxton before the stated delivery date (11/07/2023)
