City Healthcare Partnership CIC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers for Hull Anxiety and Depression services, which include the following clusters: Stress control; Low severity common mental health problems; Low severity common mental health problems with greater need; Non psychotic moderate severity mental health problems; and, Non psychotic severe mental health problems. These service clusters are being commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider process.The qualification period for the AQP accreditation will be for 3 years from the 1.10.2014. City Healthcare Partnership CIC may open up additional qualification rounds during the accreditation period on a bi-annual basis. Should there be any service cluster where further choice of provider is required we reserve the right to limit the next accreditation round to these specific clusters only.All patients will receive education and information about their treatment and management in accordance with written procedures and clinical protocols, in order to make decisions about their care in partnership with healthcare professionals. The service will have equitable access, ensuring that patients are treated with dignity and respect, are fully informed about their care and are able to make decisions about their care in partnership with healthcare professionals. It is critical that the Applicant identifies and manages appropriately patients with specific needs and to ensure the service conforms to equality legislation. The service must optimise care in terms of accessibility, continuity and waiting times, and must offer patient choice of provider and best treatment available.Prior to service roll out City Healthcare Partnership CIC requires assurance that Providers have facilities, clinical experience, training and competence as is necessary to provide a service in accordance with the published specification. The Provider must maintain a Continuing Professional Development database of the staff delivering the service, which identifies attended, scheduled and review training dates as part of the annual audit cycle.The contract will be based on a zero activity basis subject to a set tariff payment - to be published within the AQP documentation. The tariff will be subject to annual review that is likely to reflect the level of efficiencies and inflation. All potential providers who wish to express an interest in the Hull Depression and Anxiety Any Qualified Provider service will do so using the contact details in this Contract Notice. Potential Providers must then complete an accreditation questionnaire, to be published on 9.6.2014, which will be assessed to determine if an applicant is sufficiently qualified to provide the services as specified in the Accreditation documentation. All providers who meet the required minimum quality criteria, who accepts the Standard Contract Terms and who accepts the Tariff for the service will be offered a contract.It is important to note that this contract notice wishes to establish an Any Qualified Provider system that will offer Hull patients choice within Anxiety and Depression Services. CHCP CIC are utilising the "Open" procedure in order to attract a wide choice providers to deliver services in Hull, but may not adhere to timescales typically attributed to the "Open" process.Further details will be provided at a bidder event to be held prior to publication of AQP documentation.
