This framework agreement/competitive tender is for the provision of clearance and cleaning services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties, but not limited to:▪ Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces)▪ Pre and post cleaning of void properties▪ Carpet cleaning▪ Rubbish removal▪ Offensive graffiti removal▪ Pest control▪ Hoarding dispersal▪ Needle sweeps▪ White goods disposalThere may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but not limited to:▪ Collection and disposal of fly tipping▪ Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed▪ Minor graffiti removal▪ Hazardous waste removal▪ Garage site clearances and disposal▪ Decanting of resident’s personal effects to CCDC approved management site
