The International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP) is a joint venture between Sunderland and South Tyneside Councils. The venture is IAMP LLP. Henry Boot Developments Ltd (HBDL) is appointed as a partner to IAMP LLP to develop the site for the benefit of IAMP LLP, Sunderland and South Tyneside Councils.This procurement relates to “IAMP One — Infrastructure”, which is part of the first phase of the development of the IAMP.HBDL will act as the contracting authority in this procurement of the infrastructure for the first phase of development.Further information about the IAMP can be found on the IAMP website: iampnortheast.com.
