This is a Pre-construction Service Agreement (PCSA) for the proposed Office Fit out, refurbishment and associated works at ICRIR Belfast Headquarters. The Contractor will prepare, develop, and complete the detailed designs proposals for the Works, including but not limited to construction drawings and specifications on the basis of open book costs that satisfies the Employer's stated outcomes and cost benchmark in accordance with the scope outlined within the PCSA.
