Cadwyn Clwyd is a rural development agency seeking to appoint an external consultant to provide ICT support provision until June 2014. This includes:Providing onsite and telephone support, for all 16 networked computers and 3 office laptops including remote monitoring of server systems (particularly the internet connections and Microsoft Outlook). Provide telephone and remote access support, for all 7 home worker laptops including remote monitoring of server systems.Microsoft Windows Server administration. Including:•Adding and disabling domain accounts.•Configuring email accounts.•Installing updates.•Ensuring daily and monthly backups are made and are working.Management of our 8Mb ADSL Broadband connection (The connection is already established). The Cadwyn Clwyd user names and passwords will be given to the successful ICT Support Provider. Service provision of email.The management of the web hosting of the Cadwyn Clwyd Website. The website is already in place and requires administration.Fully configure Microsoft Outlook calendar for all office based staff and allow for the booking management of two meeting rooms and related costings.Provide advice on the benefits of upgrading software, for example to Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows 7 and provide costing.Review hardware and advise on the cost of upgrade requirements to run new software.
