We are seeking an experienced and innovative provider to invest in, develop and provide a range of ICT support services through a strategic partnering arrangement, based on utilizing an external ICT support provider to complement the Centre’s ICT Manager. In addition the strategic partner is expected to apply its experience of using innovative ICT services to enable the achievement of strategic goals, including service improvements and cost savings. The principal outputs of the ICT Service Contract will be to maintain and improve relevance, costs, effectiveness, and resilience of the ICT services.This is a 3 year contract with appropriate break clauses and will fall into the Non-OJEU contract category.
