Chwarae Teg requires up to 77 laptops and peripherals as part of an ICT refresh. (Possibly in a phased approach to be confirmed.)The TenderHaving conducted market research and scoping exercises we have identified these brands on the basis of business needs, reliability and robustness. The laptops must also support the free 8.1 to 7 downgrade option should we require it. One choice (of Windows) will be made for all devices - please quote for all.•Warranty - 3 year NBD / RTB•Compatible Docking stations•Carry cases•VGA adapter (if required)Deployment•The laptop Image will be provided and rolled out to the laptops by the supplier (please quote for this)•The laptops will be barebones (or just standard factory build) – please also quote for this•All laptops to be supplied to one addressLiabilityFaulty or dead on arrival equipment will be identified and reported within 30 days and be the responsibility of the supplier.
