The client wishes to appoint a competent contractor to provide graphic design, artwork and print management. The contractor must produce and print to a target audience as advised by PCB visual design concepts and imagery that are in keeping with the Department’s corporate identity and accessibility guidelines whilst at all times demonstrating imaginative and creative thinking. This contract will be awarded to the 2 highest ranked tenderers with the first ranked tenderer being awarded all of the work outlined within Annex A in line with the prices quoted within the pricing schedule.
