London Stansted Airport are seeking to establish a concession agreements with multiple suppliers for the provision of vehicle hire services. The suppliers awarded the agreements will be responsible for the provision of hired vehicles to airport and non airport guests; which shall include the following service deliverables, booking arrangements, vehicle and documentation, breakdown, roadside assistance and relief vehicles, maintenance and damage reporting, delivery and collection of the vehicles, insurance, payments, charges and invoicing and contract management.
