Descriptions
The following operations:Will include:— Emergency repair service (including out of hours),— General responsive repairs services,— Minor batched repairs,— Void repair and improvements (inc. Gas servicing and Landlords Certification),— Minor Aids and adaptations.The works specifically exclude gas servicing and all related gas/heating works (not voids) and planned maintenance as these are being contracted separately.The form of contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2011 with amendments.
