The scheme (The Works) comprise of the hacking off of existing cementicuous render to the West and Part East external facdes of the main house, part remedial pointing of the then exposed masonry walls behind, the application of new historic lime rendering over together with repairs, renewals, repointing and cleaning of the formal stone perimeter details to include eaves, barge details, capitals, feature bands, plinths, quoin stones, window and door surround treatments, thresholds and cills, porticos and isolated stone features on the same elevations on the Listed historic building all employing best conservation practice and advanced conservation techniques in a "live" occupied campus/visitor attraction/public domain as per as the Detailed Drawings, Specifications and other Documents which form part of the Tender Documents/Works Requirements
