The council is seeking a supplier to deal with vehicles that are parked either in an on street location, a BCP Council operated car park or any other land owned by the Council where one of the following circumstances applies:rr • Persistent evader vehicles found parked in contravention. rr • Fraudulent use of disabled persons parking blue badges or rr an article that purports to be a disabled blue badge. rr • Parked in a disabled persons parking bay without displaying rr a disabled blue badge. rr • Parked using a fraudulent Bournemouth, Christchurch and rr Poole Council permit, voucher, scratch card or pay and rr display parking ticket, inclusive of cashless parking sessions rr and virtual permits. rr Parked in a manner that causes serious obstruction to emergency rr services and other road users
