Valuing Care:• Develop a comprehensive and consistent understanding of the needs of children who are looked after; the connection between needs, costs and support; and clarity on key gaps in sufficiency.• Identify interventions on practice, commissioning and brokerage that can reduce cost and improve outcomes, in alignment with other initiatives (e.g. CareCubed) and to help deliver TFF KLOEs• Trial and evaluate targeted local applications informing plans focussed on commissioning and home finding and changes to support - with the aim of delivering impact in year.• Agree medium term baseline and ambition trajectories.• Continue to build relationships with health partners and undertake a review of health funding contributions to children’s services.
