NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (the commissioners) require to renew their current arrangements for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT). The new arrangements are required to commence from 1.4.2015, and it is anticipated that the contract term will be 5 years. The requirement is to establish one contract.Clinical commissioners are keen to use the current payment and pricing system, outlined nationally, to underpin the future service contract. There is also a strong desire to commission a service based around clusters 1-4 rather than a traditional IAPT service.The purpose of this notice is to advise potential providers of the availability of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for this requirement, which is available for download from the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub Bravo e-Sourcing portal at https://eoecph.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml?_ncp=1366801018675.99403-1The procurement for this requirement will be undertaken in accordance with the competitive dialogue procedure.
