Pembrokeshire County Council is a unitary local authority and is the Lead Body for the delivery of Axis 3 of the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007-13 within its administrative boundary. The Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007-13 is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government. Axis 3 aims to improve the quality of life in rural areas.Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to identify a contractor able to deliver certain community transport services in rural Pembrokeshire.
