The key objective of this service is to increase capacity and improve access to general practice for all patients registered in West Kent.The service supports the delivery of access to general practice from 6.30 p.m-8 p.m. weekdays and appointments on Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Weekend appointments will be reviewed regularly to ensure they reflect local need.The service delivers an additional 45 minutes consultation capacity per 1 000 head of population per week equivalent to 355 hours per week.
