Newport City Council are looking for a provider to complete a study and have a costed, detailed ‘ plan’ for delivery of practical outcomes to improve the visitor experience with the key objectives of increasing local spend , supporting and increasing jobs linked to this sector, whilst respecting the needs of conservation, sustainability and community aspirations.Please see attached ITT document and background document for description, timetable and evaluation criteria.
