Descriptions
The provision of Independent Advocacy Services is a statutory requirement of the NHS and Local Authorities for people accessing services who are subject to specific legislation. The Independent Advocacy will be commissioned by the Forth Valley partners: Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council and Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley on behalf of the respective Health and Social Care Partnerships.
