The objective of the contract is to secure the introduction of an Independent Assessment: Notified Body, Designated Body & CSM-RA Assessment Body to support the Contracting Authority and the wider high speed rail project in order to fulfil its legal obligations, under the Railway Interoperability Regulations (2011) (as amended) and the Common Safety Method on Risk Assessment and Evaluation (CSM-RA).
