Welsh Food Added Value ProjectThe aim of this RDP project is to increase the level of innovation along the food supply chain in Wales in order to add value to Welsh produce.In order to achieve this aim, primary producers who wish to diversify will be provided with:• Guidance on new product development• Research and development• Technical advice• Training and mentoring• Opportunities to work in collaboration with food processorsThe objectives of this Evaluation study will cover a number of differing elements relating to the overall evaluation:•Monitoring: Development of monitoring and reporting system to measure progress towards achievement of outputs.•Process: project implementation, procurement processes, progress against outcomes.•Impact: achievements against objectives, assessment of broader outcomes and impacts of the project, unintended consequences, next steps.
