Portsmouth City Council intends to award a contract to an existing provider for the provision of Independent Peer-Led Support Services (substance misuse). The service aims to support people in recovery from drug and alcohol dependence by developing new skills, accessing employment, and providing peer mentoring. It is intended that the new contract term will be for 7 months, from 1st September 2025 to 31st March 2026 with a contract value of £176,545.83

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award.
