As part of the organisational transition to the new Energy Recovery Facility (ERF), a future-focused operating model and structure has been developed. To ensure the model is robust, consistent, and fairly remunerated, an external consultancy is required to independently review and validate our current job descriptions, stress-test the proposed structure, and confirm role remuneration against market comparators - all within the context of annualised hours working.
