Caerphilly County Borough Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Independent Tenant Advisor to provide independent advice, guidance, information and assistance to tenants and leaseholders within the Caerphilly County Borough Council area. The Adviser will support the Council in it's efforts to ensure that tenants and leaseholders are given clear, concise and balanced information relating to the proposals for housing stock transfer. The Council requires the successful Adviser to have substantial and relevant experience, preferably within a Welsh context, and an excellent understanding of the stock transfer process and the Welsh Assembly Government Stock Transfer Guidance.
