Indicative Tender for Inclusion in a DPS for Priority Families Programme Services – Re-opening.

First re-opening of the existing Priority Families Dynamic Purchasing System, where new providers are invited to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of evidence based community based support to children, young people and adults eligible for the Priority Families programme who may be involved in crime or anti-social behaviour, have been excluded from school or have poor attendance and adults in the household are on out of work benefits.To be accepted on to the Dynamic Purchasing System you must meet the requirements detailed within the Indicative tender document and demonstrate how your services will deliver on the programme outcomes detailed below:— Each child in the family has had fewer than 3 fixed term exclusions AND/ OR less than 15 % of unauthorised absences in the last 3 school terms— A 60 % reduction in anti-social behaviour across the family in the last 6 months AND /OR offending rate by all minors in the family reduced by at least a 33 % in the last 6 months— 1 adult has achieved the 'progress to work' OR at least one adult has moved off out-of-work benefit into continuous employment in the last 6 months.This is a re-opening of the existing DPS to allow new providers to be considered for inclusion onto the framework. The initial contract period will expire 31.3.2015 but may be extended up to September 2017 subject to funding or contract performance.Providers admitted to the DPS after satisfying quality requirements as detailed within the Indicative Tender document will be subject to subsequent competition for work placed through the DPS via a Service Request Form.
