The Contract was procured under the Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6187 MCF3 Lot 7.

Its purpose is to deliver a service proving information and support to Claimants who are making claims under the Post Office Horizon redress HSS Scheme. The Supplier will also assist with HCRS Claimants, HSSA and possibly other schemes.

The Contract will be for a period of up to 36 months, with an optional extension period of 6 months.
