If a consortia approach is taken the contract will be awarded to 1 managing partner who will be responsible for the overall deliver of the project2.3.4. Inclusion of system training schedule for NEAA employeesTenders should provide details of:Methodology of approachTimescalesFull cost breakdown of the proposal. This should include details of the numbers and status of staff involved, their time and associated costs.Tenders will be evaluated against the award criteria as set out at clause 9 and should also demonstrate within their tender proposal their:Capability to meet the contract requirementsQuality and experience of the team delivering the contract; including evidence of a proven track-recordExperience of delivering information systems, which identifies their ability to deliver these services to a high standardValue for money and added valueThe successful candidate will be required to show:Evidence of expertise and prior work in this area.
