Abertay University is currently delivering a phased migration of files to the M365 cloud platform and will be building an information and records management (IRM) system in the M365 environment. We are looking for a qualified consultant with experience and knowledge of building an IRM system on the Microsoft 365 & SharePoint platform. To outline the IRM capabilities and limitations of M365. To provide training to key project staff on the implementation and utilisation of M365 as an IRM platform. To explore options for automated record retention and disposal using existing Microsoft licenses or additional software deployment. To integrate M365 with other systems currently in use at the university, helping us to consider the limitations and capabilities of such integrations.
