Descriptions
Scottish Water is seeking to appoint strategic contractor partners for SR21 (2021-2027) and support capability development into and throughout SR27 (2027-2033) to support its planned, lower value, generally non-complex capital investment projects, including refurbishment and replacement requirements and our operational reactive repair requirements. The frameworks will be awarded for 2021-27, with extension options, at client discretion based on business requirements, up to 2033. The intention is to award contracts under this framework in 4 lots:Lot 1: R&M for infra water and waste water;Lot 2: Capital investment for infra and civils;Lot 3: R&M for M&E; andLot 4: Capital investment for MEICA.Estimated value across the 4 lots for the initial 6-year period is in the range of 1 900 000 000 GBP to 2 300 000 000 GBP and when including the potential 6-year extension period is in the range of 4 300 000 000 GBP to 5 200 000 000 GBP (FY18/19 prices).
