Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), as the contracting authority for Greater Manchester Police, seeks to appoint a software developer to provide a solution that can support GMP’s intelligence directorate with the ingestion, cleansing, integration and analysis of digital data for policing purposes.Prior to any procurement process, GMP will undertake a period of market engagement. Interested parties are invited to complete a short questionnaire which will allow GMP to better understand the current market and assist the Force in the development of the final specification and most appropriate route to market.Potential providers should register their interest via the Bluelight system (https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK) then download and complete a copy of the questionnaire before returning it also via the Bluelight system.
