Since 2018, Kildare County Council and its partners have been actively developing a network of hubs to meet the growing demand for co-working and innovation spaces in the county. Given its proximity to Dublin and its expanding network of hub infrastructure, the county is well placed to benefit from the increased relocation of workers and companies. Kildare County Council/CKCN is centrally involved in the development and operation of MERITS tech hub in Naas, Athy Food Drink and Skills Innovation Hub and the National Equine Innovation Centre at the Irish National Stud. The economic development unit in the council is also facilitating the development of the K-Hub network which includes commercial and community hub operators that are located across the county and assisting them in the development of their hubs. Given the importance of these strategic projects to County Kildare, County Kildare Community Network wish to develop a brand and website for Innovate Kildare that will resonate with people and encourage people or industry and investors to choose Kildare as a place to live, work, study or invest inKildare 2025 has key strategic objectives across a number of sectors that will further develop the county and the development of the Innovate Kildare brand will compliment and highlight the work being carried out by the key stakeholders across the county. The Innovate Kildare brand and marketing strategy should complement the existing Kildare County Council branding and communicate clearly its relationship with Kildare County Council.
