Provision of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (including Autism and Personality Disorder specialist inpatient rehabilitation) for participating NHS East Midlands Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's)*.These services and are termed ‘locked and unlocked' The difference in ‘locked and unlocked' is defined within the environmental design, whereby patients who do not require a locked environment require less supervision and continue to receive therapies available to patients who reside within a locked environment. The aim of these services through rehabilitation is to demonstrate improvements in symptoms, social inclusion and development of independent living skills.
