INReach (Birmingham) Limited‘INreach’ is a wholly-owned company subsidiary of Birmingham City Council. The organisation was set up in December 2014 and provides a further tenancy option for the city, providing purpose built Private Rented accommodation. The Council is responding to the demand for rented homes at market price and setting the quality standards for all to follow.The Embankment project is the first PRS scheme for INReach and will provide tenancies on an assured short-hold basis at market rents. It is therefore of great importance to the Council and high profile. The Scope of work is for the appointment of a Manager to undertake the Letting, Management & Maintenance of a new-build development of 92 apartments to be known as ‘Embankment’. The Development is to be at the junction of St Vincent Street and Lighthorne Avenue, City, Centre, Birmingham, B16 8ER.The contract duration is to be for 3 years in total with an option based upon performance to extend for a further 2 years.
