The Welsh Government is seeking a provider to deliver the “Inside Welsh Industry” programme. This three year programme offers senior representatives of predominantly small and medium sized companies (SMEs) the opportunity to visit leading Welsh based counterparts who have successfully applied modern management and production techniques and who are therefore exemplars of best practice in operation.The successful contractor will be expected to establish a programme of visits to selected Welsh based companies of varying size to give managers from Welsh SMEs in particular, the opportunity to see the practical operation and benefits of the application of Management best Practice allied to modern production techniques across a range of activities / disciplines.
