The services will covers: •The supply and installation of video conference system for two GDC board rooms, •The installation of acoustics for both board rooms •The maintenance for the video conferencing system The contract is for an initial 12-month period with the option for the maintenance service element of the contract to be extended for up to an additional 2 years.
