The works covers:- The dismantling and removal from site of existing cremators and all ancillary equipment, this specialist operation is to be undertaken in such a way that the crematorium remains operational,andThe specialist design, supply and installation of new cremators including all ancillary controls, equipment and all necessary electrical, gas and building/civil works to enable the plant to perform as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990 – Crematoria PG 5 /2 (04). This specialist operation is to be undertaken in such a way that the crematorium remains operational,andThe specialist design, supply and installation of mercury abatement equipment including all ancillary controls equipment and all necessary electrical, gas and building/civil works to enable the plant to perform as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990 – Crematoria PG 5/2(04) and a AQ1 (05).This specialist operation is to be undertaken in such a way that the crematorium remains operational.All cremators and abatement equipment shall be fully compliant with the Department of the Environment Process Guidance Note PG5/2(04) and or subsequent notices or regulations which may come into force before the completion of the contract.AndCarry out various small scale building works.
