The delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2.1 across 180 social rented homes in the District of Folkestone & Hythe. This specification of works details the requirement for the installation of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) for Phase 2, totalling 180 homes, to be installed in accordance with the PAS 2035:2019 standard and Trustmark lodgement in collaboration with our Retrofit Coordinator to improve the properties energy efficiency, achieving a minimum EPC rating of C, delivering energy-efficient homes whilst reducing tenant bills and carbon emissions on the pathway to Net Zero 2050.
