To protect and add waterproof protection to the external skin of Fairview Court 12 storey high rise block of apartments, assisting compliance with WHQS standards for energy performance.The specific Objectives are:-• To improve U Values and protect structural integrity • Improve the appearance of the properties and neighbourhood.• Decrease energy consumption and carbon emissions• To provide Community benefits in the form of additional local jobs, training and Community Involvement opportunities Flats are occupied and Contractor should take all Health and Safety aspects into account and in particular all work must be completed as governed by all current legislation.Anticipated commencement will be Sept 2010 and completion 40 weeks after this date.Fairview Court requires contractors experienced in Medium and High Rise buildings, who are aware of the additional risks and measures required to control them
