Provision of a streamlined claims handling service with the ability to handle litigated and non-litigated claims within an integrated delivery model for Public Liability and Property Owners Liability Claims. The Supplier shall undertake the following in summary as part of the service delivery:— Receive claims;— Liaise with the respective insurer as appropriate in respect of the claims;— Assess claims;— Process and settle claims;— Handle litigation services where proceedings are commenced against Network Rail.
