Tender Insurance Cover Careers WalesOur current insurance coverage is due to expire on 31st March 2018 and we are seeking to tender these services for a period of two years.Company BackgroundThe principal activity of CCDG is to provide careers information, advice and guidance service (including placement into employment, training and education for young people), the vetting of employers who provide work experience placements and the facilitation of links between education and business. The principal risks identified by the Directors are included in the tender document as a separate noteAdditional Information•Approximate income 2018/19 is £29m•Approximately 600 Staff.•Over 80% of the company expenditure is on staff costs.•We operate from 39 premises across Wales, of which 31 are leasehold and 8 are owned outright.We have provided a list of all claims that have been made on behalf of Careers Wales and its subsidiaries in the last 2 years.
