The Integrate Consortium is a consortium of the following member housing associations (“the members”) which are registered as registered social landlords (“RSLs”) with the Welsh Assembly Government: Cadwyn Housing AssociationCardiff Community Housing AssociationCoastal Housing GroupFirst Choice Housing AssociationNewydd Housing AssociationTaff Housing AssociationUnited Welsh Housing AssociationValleys to Coast Housing(together with their existing or future subsidiary trading companies who may or may not be contracting authorities for the purposes of Directive 2004/18/EC). Cardiff Community Housing Association acting on behalf of itself and its fellow Integrate Consortium members wishes to procure framework agreements with a number of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to carry out works procured by the Integrate member housing associations and their existing or future subsidiary trading companies together with any RSL being formed out of a merger, acquisition, take over of any of the above named RSLs and their existing or future subsidiary trading companies. The scope of the framework agreements may be extended to include other RSLs operating within the geographical areas listed in section II.1.2 (a) of this notice.The member housing associations seek to work collaboratively with contractors in order to encourage improved performance and value for money from its investment in new build housing works, mixed use and regeneration schemes. The works will include new build housing developments together with associated mixed use and regeneration schemes.This procurement is divided into three lots as described in Annex B. The lots comprise (1) housing projects of contract value up to 1M GBP, (2) housing and residential projects of contract value between 1M GBP and 3.5M GBP and (3) housing, mixed use and regeneration projects of contract value in excess of 3.5M GBP. Bidders can apply for one, two or all three of the lots. Call offs made under the framework agreement may last beyond the duration of the framework agreement.
