Renfrewshire Council are seeking a suitable supplier to implement and support the Council plan to implement all services digitally, the Council have taken the decision to amalgamate the existing Customer Portal (CP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution into a single secure integrated solution in order to manage all customer contact and deliver all online services.
