Descriptions

This is to inform potential providers of the intention to advertise an opportunity for a range of integrated management systems (see II.3) relating to: Housing Management; Revenues and Benefits; Electronic Data Management; Self Service Portal; and Payment Processing and Income Management. The outcome of the soft-market consultation (see VI.3) may result in an opportunity for either a single integrated system or as separate defined lots. The solution may be hosted on infrastructure from the Contracting Authority or from provider(s). Migration, implementation, and integration will be included. The Lot descriptions and CPV codes are for holding purposes only. The structure of the arrangement has not been determined and will be developed with stakeholders prior to the publication of any subsequent award notice. Although advertised as potential supply arrangements, Cloud hosting may be considered. Cloud software supply and services must be accessed over the internet and hosted in the cloud.
